Individual and Relationship Therapeutic Services

Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Are you having relational issues? Have you survived a trauma or scary experience and are looking to heal? I would like to help. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. As a psychotherapist, I work within a supportive relational framework and incorporate varied behavioral modalities. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and validating. I believe that healing only occurs within a safe therapeutic relationship. We can work together to alleviate uncomfortable symptoms and continue the journey toward well being.
